The home textiles are sourced with our partners. In their warehouse in Amsterdam they receive 400 kg of discarded textile every day. From this we carefully select and rescue the most beautiful textiles to save them from going to waist.

All orders will be shipped the next weekday. After you placed your order, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email. All orders over 100 euros are free within Europe, UK & Switzerland . For international shipping rates please check at check out. When you place an international order, you agree to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. Please note that free shipping only applies to items that are not refunded.

All items can be returned with in 14 days after purchase.

You can request a return by sending us an email at service@kemkesofficial with your order number, to receive the return address.Please note that all returns must be unworn and in their original conditions including the original hangtags. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that does not meet these requirements.

If the return has been accepted, we will refund the order within 10 days. Please note that initial shipping costs or taxes will not be refunded. So free shipping only applies to items that are not refunded. Additionally to this, cost for return shipment are at cost of the costumer.
